Mission & Policies
MISSION STATEMENT:
Rewild the Soul is on a mission to liberate and reclaim the feminine spirit on this planet through the womb, heart, body, mind, and spirit of all women. We invite you to Rewild, remember, and restore the innate wholeness that is your true spiritual nature. We create spaces that invite women to embrace and embody the wild, wise woman within. It is through this self discovery, and stepping into our power, that we can begin to heal ourselves, and in turn, the world around us.
CORE VALUES:
Sovereignty
We are a community rooted in self-governance and self-responsibility. We believe each individual is responsible for their own healing, transformation, wellbeing, and growth. Everyone has everything they need within. We commit to taking full ownership for our lives and experience. Every body and soul is naturally self-healing. We do not outsource healing or wellbeing to anyone or anything external.
Accountability
We hold an environment in which each individual is responsible for acknowledging their right responsibility and role in creating conditions of their reality. Right accountability is knowing what is within your realm of responsibility and taking full ownership for it. We take full responsibility for taking the raw material of current conditions, and choosing how to respond. We hold ourselves and others accountable.
Empowerment + WHOLENESS
We strive to create a space of empowerment, encouraging each participant to grow, shine, and thrive in their highest possible expression. We see each member of our team and community as innately whole and divine. We hold each individual in their highest expression. We value power-within versus power-over.
SELF Trust + trust in life / the divine
We root in deep self trust and self honouring. We hold the foundational belief that we are fundamentally and unconditionally loved and supported by life and the divine. We rest in the uninterrupted flow and exchange of energy within and with all of life.
Wellbeing + NOURISHMENT
We honour, cultivate, and prioritize wellbeing for ourselves, others, and the planet. This includes all avenues of wellbeing - physical, mental, emotional, financial, and spiritual. We prioritize the wellbeing as a priority. We focus on creating sustainable change and expansion through honouring the needs of each individual nervous system, body, and soul. We place an emphasis on titration and integration.
Reciprocity
We honour the balance of giving and receiving in all relations, within this community and beyond. We respect, honour, and revere the Earth and aim to always be in reciprocity with the land, land spirits, ancestors, lineage, and communities we are a part of.
Integrity + AUTHENTICITY
We aim to show up as our most integral and authentic selves in this community and beyond. We honour our individual values and aim to live them out. We honour the individual soul path of each individual and trust in the evolutionary process of each soul.
SERVICE
We are a community rooted in service that uplifts and deeply nourishes the individual, community, collective, and planet Earth. We aim to always provide a space that is of highest service for all involved parties at all times. We believe in win-win dynamics where everyone benefits.
COMMUNITY + Circular Leadership
We believe in non-heirarchal spaces and deeply value the wisdom and intelligence of all community members. We work with circular spaces that do not place any individual expression above another and honour the contribution of each individual to the creation of a greater whole.
CYCLICALITY + FEMININE WISDOM
We honour non-linear and cyclical pathways of healing and awakening. Rest, descent, and death are valued as holy, sacred, and necessary aspects of the life / death / life cycle. We trust in decay and regeneration cycles. We honour intuition and lived experience as much as intellect and expertise.
CODE OF ETHICS:
Confidentiality:
What you share in the space of a call or forum will be sacred to that container, and kept confidential to the community of participants. If any part of your story or experience are shared, your consent will be requested and approved in advance. Client testimonials may be used anonymously or with your first name with permission.
Self-leadership:
We value a community that practices self-awareness and is active in their practice of applying that to a container or experience. It is fully your responsibility as a participant to be aware of your own needs - to reach out, ask for what you need, and work with our team to identify next best steps. While we value care, compassion, and flexibility, each participant is responsible for evaluating their own capacity to engage in this work. Our team cannot assess or manage a participant’s readiness, regulation, or personal circumstances on their behalf. Repeated patterns of projection, boundary violations, or behavior that destabilizes the container may result in removal from the community at the Company’s discretion, without refund, in order to protect the integrity and wellbeing of the collective.
Direct communication:
Facilitators, guides, clients, and community members are held to a standard of direct communication. We are all responsible for, maintaining effective and healthy pathways for communication.
In our spaces, this involves:
Minimizing, acknowledging, and shutting down any forms of gossip
Maintaining a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech of any kind - any abusers will be removed from that community space immediately
Practicing clear, transparent communication even in instances of complexity or conflict
Respecting and honoring the truths of all community members, and utilizing shared vocabulary to navigate those truths together
We prioritize impact over intent. Harm does not require malicious intent to be addressed, and feedback or intervention may occur based on the impact of words or behavior within the community.
Pathways for feedback:
Our team encourages, and actively creates space for, feedback from our community. We are always open to receive feedback about your experience - both the great things, and areas for improvement. However, abusive language will not be tolerated as an excuse for feedback.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY + ACCOUNTABILITY:
Participation in our programs requires personal responsibility, discernment, and the capacity to engage in group-based mentorship. Our offerings are educational and mentorship-based and are not a substitute for therapy, medical care, legal advice, or crisis support. Each participant is responsible for assessing whether this container is appropriate for their current life circumstances.
Success SOVEREIGNTY:
Clients are expected to show up with presence, dedication, and willingness to change, grow, and expand. As a participant, your commitment to this process is essential to any transformation you will experience. You are expected to show up with the readiness and willingness to fully engage in each session. You are responsible for booking and attending all sessions and implementing any tools offered.
Each participant is responsible for any and all outcomes by self-led action and implementation of the tools offered. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Your success is YOUR responsibility.
Intellectual property:
All programs and content shared is intellectual property of Rewild the Soul and is not intended for copy, resale, or redistribution. Violations of intellectual property may result in removal from the community at the Company’s discretion, without refund, in order to protect the integrity of the Company.
CURRENT CLIENT POLICIES:
PAYMENTS:
All payments are non-refundable. Payment plans are offered in good faith, as a way to make payment over time. Payment of the full amount is due whether or not the client chooses to fulfill the term of service. Payments are considered past due if not paid within the same business day. If you are non-responsive & your payment is (5) calendar days past due, your access to the program or product will be tentatively revoked until payment is received. After (10) calendar days, your balance must be paid, otherwise you will be permanently removed from the program. The Company reserves the right to collect missed payments for services rendered.
Client Communication:
Telegram or email are used for client communications. WhatsApp is no longer available for client support & communications.
Client Support via messaging is Monday - Friday.
Current 1:1 clients in an active package have a private telegram chat for 1:1 messaging support. In-depth support requests may need to be addressed in the client’s next session.
Current Rose Temple Mastery clients have a private group telegram channel for updates and personal shares (not messaging support coaching - coaching happens in calls).
Current Apprentice students have a community support telegram channel to connect with other students (not messaging support coaching - coaching happens in community calls).
Scheduling Sessions (1:1 clients):
Clients are responsible for scheduling their own sessions through the provided calendar system. Manual scheduling via messaging support is not available.
Rescheduling and cancelling sessions are subject to 24 hour policy. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours are forfeited.
Sessions are to be used within the month (4 per month) and unused sessions will be forfeited, not carried over.
Sessions with a no-show within the first 15 minutes will be forfeited.
THESE POLicies allow for integrity in the container for clients & practitioner.
Participation in any program constitutes agreement to these values, policies, and community agreements. The Company reserves the right to update or refine these policies as the community evolves, with notice provided to participants.
