Hi, I’m Hannah.

I am trained in many diverse wholistic healing modalities, and have been guiding women home to themselves through these modalities for the last 7 years. I am a skilled women’s coach and mentor, and I am also a healer, a medicine woman, an herbalist, an astrologer, and a professional witch.

Working with me 1:1 is the most comprehensive way to access all of my unique skills and gifts. This is a very deep and highly personalized journey that will take you through the healing of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual realms of your body.

I am trained as a clinical herbalist, and support you to uncover the underlying root imbalance within the body, mind, and heart. This is a personalized, integrative and holistic approach to healing that comes from within.

Herbalism works with the foundational belief that your body, mind & spirit have the innate ability to heal. Plants are incredible healers as they can work on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. I will take into account every element of your life and weave together a formula of plant medicine that will work in synergy with you on multiple levels.

Feminine wholistic health support

I work with you specifically to come into harmony with your feminine hormonal cycle, heal your nervous system, and bring your reproductive health into balance.

This includes full spectrum support. Everything from diet, lifestyle, supplements, and herbs; to learning how to connect with, honour, and live in alignment with your cycle; to spiritual and magical tools and practices to reconnect to your womb and your pussy.

Tantra & ENERGY HEALING

The teachings of tantra will help you unlock your core feminine sexual essence, and channel your life force energy to everything you desire to create in this life. Tantra is a feminine spiritual path that does not bypass the human experience, and welcomes all of life as the pathway to the divine. Tantra is the weaving of opposites.

I work with energy and will be helping you move, shift, transform, channel and release energy through your body in our in person sessions, both during bodywork sessions as well as teaching you tools for kundalini activation and self energy healing.

Intuitive Bodywork

Our in person work incorporates intuitive bodywork sessions. These sessions are personal rituals of healing and transformation. Hands on massage, energy healing, and intuitive expression, movement, breath, and somatic release.

I am highly attuned to the physical, energetic, and emotional bodies during these sessions. The body speaks to me, guiding my healing touch to exactly what is needed in each session. Expect deep healing, emotional release, and an embodied experience of blissful surrender.

Embodiment practices & Breathwork

I will be guiding you through practices and tools to deeply integrate the shifts you are experiencing within and around you, by moving the energy through the body. We may work with a variety of practices including dance, sound, movement and breathwork.

We will always begin every session (online & in person) by dropping in together through a meditation or embodiment practice. During our in person sessions, you will be guided through a variety of embodiment practices, as well as specific rituals & ceremonies. I will also offer suggestions for practices to do on your own.

Astrology

Your birth chart is a cosmic map to your soul, providing deep insight into the various energies that are present within you. We will work with the chart as a powerful tool to self awareness and personal growth, offering a map to your unique gifts, challenges, and authentic path in life.

I use evolutionary astrology to understand the current cosmic atmosphere & your specific soul lessons for this moment in time. I view the chart as an invitation and an opportunity to grow & embody your highest timeline & gifts, always. Nothing is predetermined or predicted.
