Join me for a deep dive into Rewilding with an intimate group of women, immersed in the wildest rainforest sanctuary in Costa Rica.
This is a women’s retreat to guide you into the essence of your most wild, free and radically empowered self. Through a combination of feminine embodiment, somatic practices, meditation, forest bathing, workshops, rituals, dance, ceremony, and healing, we will inspire transformation and integration. It is through our self discovery, and stepping into our power together as women, that we can begin to heal ourselves, and in turn, the world around us. Join me in the jungle to honour the healing and transformative power of a sacred space for women to learn, grow, and heal together within a deeply nourishing sense of community.

Ritual
Our Rewilding journey begins with an opening ceremony bonfire at sunset on the beach. Here we will enter the container of a safe and supportive space with intention setting, meditation, and releasing anything that is holding us back from fully entering into our own transformational process.
We will begin each day with a morning practice that invites us into our bodies through movement, breath and expression. This will be a journey inward, and an experience unique to our process of Rewilding. Expect to have your heart and intuition ignited, guiding you into each day with flow and ease.
Each day we will explore our inner and outer worlds through workshops and experiences that are designed to help us reconnect with our own inner wild woman. Every day will have different themes and practices and will evolve as we move through the journey together. Themes will include journaling and self reflection, self-love, connecting to our inner cycles, forest bathing, plant wisdom, dynamic meditation, cacao ceremony, ecstatic dance, tantra, astrology, moon gazing and more.

Welcome to Tiskita, a truly sustainable, family run, boutique eco resort, secluded in one of the most biodiverse tropical rainforests in the region. Located in Punta Banco, a short walk from the spectacular surfing beach of Pavones on the untouched southwest coast of Costa Rica.
Wake up to the symphony of the jungle and stroll through the canopy towards the spectacular yoga deck overlooking the jungle and the Pacific ocean. Greet your inner wild woman as the wild world around you greets each of your senses. Reconnect to the rhythms, cycles, and elements of nature and your own body and heart. The combination of immersive spiritual practice, celebratory sisterhood and immersion in the natural world is a powerful and transformative experience. Tiskita offers the perfect destination for us to unplug from our domestication, and Rewild our inner world.
All of our accommodations offer private cabins integrated with the peaceful jungle surroundings and an ocean view. We have a pool and lounge area to relax and take in the sights, sounds and life of the rainforest. The resort is a short walk from the pristine and empty beaches of Punta Banco. Choose from single or double occupancy rates.

Of Course! This is a beautiful experience for solo travellers to meet their soul sisters, gain experience travelling alone, and find community among a new group of women.

Yes! We will pair you with another incredible woman who is also coming alone (be prepared to meet someone amazing!)

We recommend flying into San Jose and then booking a local flight to Golfito airport, where we will arrange our drivers to pick you up. Our logistics team can help you arrange travel and connecting flights as well as recommend a hotel in San Jose if you need to stay the night there!

Yes, every day will have a different schedule but there will be plenty of time to relax in a hammock or by the pool, explore the beautiful beaches, go for a walk in the jungle, spend time alone resting or connect with the other amazing women on the retreat!
We also encourage you to take full ownership for your experience and listen to your body and your own internal guidance when it comes to deciding what to participate in. Everything on the schedule is included but not mandatory.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking and reserves your space. Your remaining payment is due 30 days prior to the event start date.
In case of the retreat being cancelled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances and/or travel restrictions during the retreat dates, an 18 month credit for a future retreat will be issued.
All cancellations must be notified to the retreat organizer via email.
